Generating Repeat Business

Congratulations – you just made a sale! The customer trusted you enough to give you a try. That’s the good news. Unfortunately, having conducted sales training programs for more than 25 years, I’ve observed that gaining new customers also comes with bad news. Merely providing products or services as promised does not generate customer loyalty.

Westcoast Moulding & Millwork Ltd. Celebrates 30th Anniversary

In 1990 the B.C. business started with seven people and a wealth of industry experience. Back then, the business was called The Moulding Warehouse, and it started in a facility under 5,000 square feet.   They had a ‘can do’ attitude and a sense that they could offer a superior product and service at a reasonable price. Some of those original employees are still with them today, and they still have the ‘can-do’ along with the “what next?” attitude. Today, they have grown into a team of 52 people in a 50,000 sq ft facility.
